Hugn Montgomery-Massingberd, The Field

"The rural lanes between Canterbury and Sandwich conceal a gem of a garden."
Kathryn Bradley-Hole, The Daily Telegraph

"The overall impression is that you have stepped into the very heart of rural England."
Stephen Lacey, The Garden

"Totally unsuspected, a walled kitchen garden covering several acres has been turned almost entirely into a flower garden… It is a dramatic moment when you see it first and it is some time before you continue to explore."
Fred Whitsey, Country Life

"There is a beautifully kept 17th century walled garden, an 18th century landscape park, 20th century woodland, a Milennium parterre, and a brilliant new gravel garden."
