There are full disabled facilities and most areas of the Gardens are accessible to wheelchairs.
Dogs, other than guide dogs, are not allowed in the gardens

The tea room is open over the Easter Weekend, Sundays in April, from May to August on garden open days and Sundays in September.
COACH PARTIES: Coach parties are most welcome but please book in advance. See below for details.
REFRESHMENTS: Refreshments including home-made cakes and cream scones are available on all open days and light lunches are served during the main season. Please note the tea room may be closed in bad weather (other than to pre-booked groups).
SHOP: The shop sells postcards, leaflets and guide books. Also for sale are work by William Plumptre, one of Brook and Margaret FitzWalter’s sons and a renowned contemporary potter, and paintings by local artists, many illustrating the gardens.
We have a range of options available for weddings and receptions. In the Courtyard Buildings, the Tea Room and the FitzWalter Room are licenced for civil marriages seating up to 120 and both also make ideal venues for wedding breakfasts, formal dinners or parties. The Courtyard itself can be transformed into a magical party venue for up to 200.
The Mansion can be rented for 2 or 3 night weekends for stunning celebrations with a marquee on the lawn for up to 150 guests and a church wedding a short stroll away in the village church or a civil ceremony in the Tea Room or the FitzWalter Room.
